The hotel is a gem nestled between the inner and outer reef, offering everything one could hope for. The rooms are spacious and modern, and the staff go above and beyond to ensure a warm and welcoming atmosphere. However, the dining experience, while organic, may leave some craving more variety. The location receives top marks for being the only resort on the special Lizard Island but suffers a bit for not being immediately adjacent to facilities.

Staying at this hotel was an amazing experience. The rooms were beautifully designed and well-stocked with a lovely selection of drinks and snacks, plus quality bathroom necessities. The views were absolutely gorgeous, perfect for unwinding after an exhilarating snorkeling adventure. However, it was disappointing that the sparkling wine was served warm on more than one occasion.

The location was idyllic high above SunSet Beach, and the beach right in front of the resort allowed for snorkeling among different fish and coral varieties. However, the WiFi only worked in the main area.
